Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / QA Lead to support a large-scale transformation project for a leading client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing, along with hands-on experience in Selenium, UiPath, Appium, Jira, and ALM tools.

👉 Domain Preference: Candidates with Unemployment Insurance domain experience (Public Sector – PS-US Account preferred) will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA efforts for a major transformation program with at least 4–5 years of test leadership experience.

  • Manage end-to-end testing activities across manual and automated testing solutions.

  • Perform end-to-end testing across the Unemployment Insurance benefits lifecycle, including:

    • Initial claims

    • Weekly certifications

    • Monetary and non-monetary determinations

  • Execute various testing types such as Smoke, Functional, GUI, Integration, E2E, and Regression Testing.

  • Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data using tools like TFS, HP ALM/QC, Jira, VersionOne.

  • Review test cases, develop Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and maintain quality metrics.

  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.

  • Perform Browser Compatibility testing, Ad-hoc testing, System Testing, Black Box Testing, and UAT support.

  • Track defects through the complete lifecycle using Jira, QMetry, QC/ALM, and TFS.

  • Create and manage testing deliverables including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Execution Reports, and Defect Metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with ADA Testing requirements.

    • Required Qualifications

    • Strong experience as a QA/Test Lead in large transformation projects.

    • Expertise in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.

    • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, UiPath, Appium, Selenium IDE.

    • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools: Jira, QMetry, HP QC/ALM, TFS.

    • Proficiency with tools: IntelliJ, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Android Studio, DBVisualizer.

    • Strong programming knowledge in Java.

    • Experience with API testing, Test Data Management (TDM), and Test Management practices.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • ⭐ Unemployment Insurance Domain experience is highly preferred.

    • Prior experience working with Public Sector clients (PS-US Account).

    • Exposure to Business Analyst responsibilities in QA projects
