Domain Preference: Banking / Financial Services

We are looking for a Tech Manager with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to lead implementation, integration, and support initiatives across enterprise banking platforms. This role requires deep functional-technical knowledge along with team and delivery management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP implementation and support programs
• Manage technical teams, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and enterprise standards
• Drive issue resolution, performance improvements, and system enhancements
• Coordinate with business, vendors, and leadership for project success

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle HCM / Oracle ERP
• Strong expertise in implementation, configuration, and integrations
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery and teams
• Knowledge of Payroll, Finance, or HR modules
• Exposure to banking or financial services domain
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools
• Prior onsite client engagement in the US
  Certification in Oracle Fusion modules
