Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automation Architect to lead and design enterprise-level automation solutions for Payer business domains. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath-based automation, along with exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science concepts. This role focuses on driving intelligent automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement automation solutions for Payer business processes
Lead UiPath-based RPA implementations end to end
Identify opportunities to apply AI and intelligent automation to business workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable automation frameworks
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience as an Automation / RPA Architect
Hands-on expertise with UiPath automation implementation
Experience working on Payer business processes (Healthcare domain)
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and intelligent automation
Exposure to Data Science and analytical add-ons
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
