Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions for payer business operations in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath-based automation, combined with knowledge of Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science to deliver scalable and impactful automation programs. This role involves solution architecture, automation environment setup, ROI measurement, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions for payer business processes in the US Healthcare domain.
Lead UiPath-based automation implementation, including architecture and solution design.
Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions using cloud-based AI services and platforms.
Provide automation solutioning expertise across RPA, AI, and intelligent workflow automation.
Set up and manage automation environments, including orchestration, deployment, and governance.
Collaborate with Data Science teams to enhance automation using AI/ML capabilities.
Perform ROI and savings calculations to demonstrate business value of automation initiatives.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation strategies.
Ensure best practices in automation delivery, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Support continuous improvement and innovation in intelligent automation programs.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automation Architect or AI Automation Lead.

Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath automation solution development and architecture (must-have).

Experience in implementing Agentic AI / AI-driven automation solutions with cloud-based services.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts.

Strong automation solutioning and environment setup experience.

Understanding of ROI, cost savings, and business case development for automation projects.

Excellent client-facing skills with strong stakeholder and project management experience.

Familiarity with US Healthcare payer operations is highly desirable.

Strong communication and leadership abilities in remote delivery environments.
